KARACHI: Pakistan’s total liquid foreign exchange reserves stood at $21.267 billion as of June 3, the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) said in its weekly statement issued on Thursday.

Foreign reserves held by the SBP amounted to $16.462bn and while commercial banks held $4.804bn.

During the week ending June 3, SBP’s liquid foreign reserves fell by $344 million as compared to $16.807bn in the previous week. During the week, SBP made payments of $374 million on account of external debt servicing and other official payments.
